If you press grab as Pizzelle while grabbing, he will perform a tumble move. Alternatively, let go of run to stop spinning and return to holding the enemy the normal way. Pressing the grab button will throw the enemy in the direction she is moving towards. If Pizzelle grabs an enemy and holds run, she will spin with the enemy. When she jumps off a wall, she will jump off at the same speed she had started at when she first started wall-running. Pizzelle's wall-run actually functions quite differently than to Peppino's, as instead of maintaining and even accelerating when running up walls, she will slowly lose speed and eventually fall back down. Unlike Peppino's super jump, Pizzelle's jump can break metal blocks. The player can move side-to-side slowly before releasing, but cannot move horizontally once the super jump is initiated. Pressing up while dashing at Mach 3 and releasing will cause Pizzelle to super jump. This ability is similar to Peppino's Body Slam. Pressing down while in the air allows Pizzelle to crush blocks below using her Crusher. Notably, since the game's code is based off of the old Pizza Tower demos, it is very barebones and weak. She plays similarly to Peppino, but instead of running to gain speed, she uses her scooter instead. She's on his quest of looting the Sugary Spire to find what she can use to make more candy. She seems to be very worried about something, but that's the main expression that can be seen the most, as she can also show signs of malice. She is the protagonist of Sugary Spire and the first playable character. Pizzelle owns an ice cream parlor, being the local candy maker of her town.
